1. 酒店内部：综合感觉不错，环境安静，房间干净，有电梯、有冷热水、卫生间干湿分离、不邻主街，标注的三星级，但是跟中国的三星级酒店不一样的体验，规模相对较小，更像民宿酒店。 2. 早餐：没有中餐，但是可选择菜品、主食、拌料还是比较丰富，米饭、面食、鸡蛋、沙拉、咖啡、饮料，基本都有，对于这个规模和价位的酒店，物超所值。 3. 服务：住了两个晚上，前台服务员非常友好，会讲英语，第一天接待的ELBRUS提醒我去机场是否需要酒店帮着订车，如果用BOLT叫车去机场，出租司机可能会取消订单，容易耽误行程，建议提前三小时退房，保证机场行程时间。退房时，我先用BOLT要车去机场，司机电话说要涨价，感谢服务员Elcan帮着接电话，坚持按照订单价格付费。 4. 酒店位置：距机场需要25-30分钟车程，酒店附近30米就有一个超市，水果、零食、饮料日常生活用品都很丰富，步行五六分钟就有KFC和麦当劳，当然也有其他饭店，距海边的大道大约1.2km，步行约12分钟到达海边。距离巴库老城也就2km，步行溜达半小时就到。

1. 酒店卫生间脸盆上的牙具置物架有点突出，容易碰到脸，其实完全可以拆掉。 2. 房间里有蚊子，稍微影响体验。

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was met by a welcoming staff member, Elbrus, who made sure my stay was pleasant and helped with booking requests I had. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The sleep was amazing with no interuptions. I didn't experience any noise from the hallway or other guests. I had windows and balcony toward a quiet side street (their main entry), although the hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the bustling Nizami street and traffic. The location was +++ as it was easy to reach the main tourist street and restaurants. Very close to the hotel is a cheap grocery store "SPAR" where I would get items at the end of the day. The wardrobe was big and there was also a lot of clothes hanging options. The TV had a mix of azeri, turkish and russian channels (I speak none of these). My stay had breakfast included, which was served at the top floor with a nice view over the city. The menu was pretty similar everyday but with lots of options, taste was alright. I had read a lot of negative things about hotels in Baku in general but did my research before booking and I'm glad that I chose this hotel as everything went smoothly. They even organized transports from/to the airport, even though I arrived and left around midnight both times

The bathroom felt like it could need some upgrading. The toilet paper holder was loose and the shower head got disconnected from the hose a few times, but these were not major issues during my stay

The location is very convenient for exploring the Old Town; excellent organization of excursions. Great staff, especially Elbrus from the front office, but also all the other employees.
