The hotel has a charming design and good location

Very disappointing and unproffesional staff!!! 1.We asked for a quiet room from the courtyard side in booking a month before stay and then confirmed it with a hotel the day before arrival. However when we arrived we got a room from the street side right over the entrance and reception! The guy from the reception said that he cant really do anything for us as all the rooms are booked. After long discussion he found a room on the 3rd floor also on a street side, but not right over the entrance. 2. From the second we entered what was the most important is that we give them 10 score on booking, they said it everytime they saw us! Oh I hope you are ok remember to give us score 10 on booking! And while check out we got a card with a name of the receptionist to write how good he was at his job. From what we gathered many people get bonuses at work if the get score 10 on booking and it is really a plauge in that hotel 3. Afternoon the second (and last day of stay) air condition stopped working. When I asked reception to fix it he said they cant do it today they will do it the day after... so the last night was really warm and uncomfortable 4.Some of the breakfast stuff was spolied, youghurt's best before date was 10 days old and in general food was cold. Not really worth the money!

בעת ניקוי החדר והחלפת מגבות היתי רוצה לראות ניקיון קל בחדר רחצה ומילוי תמרוקים בנוסף שיהיה בארון גליל נייר טואלט ספייר.

特にありませんが、テレビが映らなかったのは少し殘念です Nothing in particular, though it was a bit disappointing that the TV didn't work.
