I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was met by a welcoming staff member, Elbrus, who made sure my stay was pleasant and helped with booking requests I had. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The sleep was amazing with no interruptions. I didn't experience any noise from the hallway or other guests. I had windows and a balcony toward a quiet side street (their main entry), although the hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the bustling Nizami street and traffic. The location was +++ as it was easy to reach the main tourist street and restaurants. Very close to the hotel is a cheap grocery store 'SPAR' where I would get items at the end of the day. The wardrobe was big and there were also a lot of clothes hanging options. The TV had a mix of Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian channels (I speak none of these). My stay had breakfast included, which was served on the top floor with a nice view over the city. The menu was pretty similar every day but with lots of options, taste was alright. I had read a lot of negative things about hotels in Baku in general but did my research before booking and I'm glad that I chose this hotel as everything went smoothly. They even organized transports from/to the airport, even though I arrived and left around midnight both times

The bathroom felt like it could need some upgrading. The toilet paper holder was loose and the shower head got disconnected from the hose a few times, but these were not major issues during my stay

The location is very convenient for exploring the Old Town; excellent organization of excursions. Great staff, especially Elbrus from the front office, but also all the other employees.

Breakfast is very simple

Perfect location - city center within walking distance, comfortable rooms with small balconies, tasty breakfast, and very friendly staff. There is a transfer option, good cars, and very professional drivers!
