Upon check in they said they will text us when the room is ready. They never did. If we didn't follow up ourselves, we wouldn't know it's already ready. Lack of toiletries and fridge was tiny. Room service food has not much variety too. I was expecting more as it was The Star. Room needs more light too.

Last time we stayed breakfast was better and the staff at the breakfast buffet was happier and more attentive.
