I always used to stay in this hotel, may be already stayed like 4 or 5 time. Breakfast used to be always so good. This time the breakfast was a disaster. Only 1 staff giving service to the whole area, that too not at all smiling. and super slow service. Amenities in the room were almost negligible that before. No milk powder, No sugar for. tea in the room, had to ask for it and they gave it as if they are doing some kind of favour on us. No face wash, no body lotion was provided even after request. Now days every small hotel keeps Bath Salt, when i requested for it... they acted like they never heard of this thing. Since we are vegetarians, i ordered food from outside. i was been informed by the restaurant that the food has been delivered to the reception, when i asked reception, they said nothing came as of now. I show them the picture of food delivery from the restaurant, reception staff declined. after 15min, when i was looking around for my food... my son saw the food package in the corner of there reception with my name on it. When i asked the reception about it, they said .. OH is this your food. Highly highly unprofessional and seems racism. They were talking so nice to the chinese people. When i arrived hotel for check-in, we were super tired and sweaty because of sunny weather, i requested for water twice for my family, but they just neglected and never served. I will never ever visit this hotel again and do not recommend to any of my friends also. BAD BAD BAD

Anything and everything in the hotel. Ambience was not nice, behaviour of staff is completely different than before, breakfast is super bad. Amenities in room are almost gone

Says non-smoking hotel but our floor had people smoking in the hallway and most of the rooms. Staff said they’re going to send someone to check but never did. Internet never worked consistently. Only came on when I called the front desk, then next day it was off again.
