The location was great.
The staff were rude and we spent so much time asking for things to be fixed. My boyfriend does not eat pork for religious reasons, even after explaining this every single time - they continued to give us the wrong orders and would charge to replace. They also would lie when we would tell them we had received the wrong order and say we did not order that. Also, AC was not working and they would not record our calls in the system so no one would come to fix when they said they would and gaslight us that we didn’t make the phone calls. Also, the resort was under construction and did not have half of the amenities available. When I tried to talk to their customer service on site, they were condescending and did not help one bit. None of the items listed above would have been dealt with breakers because I know things will happen, mistakes will always happen but they would not take any responsibility or tried to fix things. It was a very frustrating stay.

I didn't like that they took half a day of my time for a talk that I wasn't interested in and didn't request, no matter how many times I said I wasn't interested, they kept going and going, that bothered me a lot, I think that talk should only be for people who request it.

All staff around the hotel and kids club need better communication. There were restaurants that are still being rebuilt and the fact you charge extra for the Prime Steakhouse is wrong
The waiters in the buffet restaurant are exceptional, working tirelessly to please guests. The room service was great. At the Italian restaurant, they gave my wife a special birthday treat at dinner. All that I saw in the bookings was the same. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends

The weather was too hot during our stay hence we couldn’t go to the beach in the afternoon. If you’re not used to seaweed around the shore, get acquainted with it. The government should do more to remove them daily. What’s the use of environmental tax that we paid.
