Everything was amazing. Loved the old building new look. Great stylish decor! Great location within walking distance of a lot of things we were there to do. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in the doors.

Not property specific but the $150 per incidental fee I feel is bit much.

The girl at check in was nice but seemed a bit out of it. We were almost triple charged for an incidental fee that i had no clue about. We were both misinformed and uninformed about the credit that they give when you check in. It was 3 of us and we were each given a voucher and was told it was an $18 credit for restaurant/bar. We went to lunch then came back and tried to use our “credit” for a drink/dessert and was told we could only use one PER ROOM. We weren’t told that at time of check in but we went ahead and paid. The waitress was very sweet and apologized and told us to speak to the manager about it so i walked over to inform the manager of what just happened. I was not rude, I actually had a pretty mild approach. I was immediately met with attitude and cut off by the manager. She was extremely dismissive and off putting. I can’t believe how she handled the situation. I was just trying to let her know that the issue was not us having to pay for anything, the issue was that one of her employees needs to be educated on their vouchers and third parties so that people have the proper expectations. Also the bartender at the actual bar…RUDE. If i never stayed there again, id be alright.

The assigned room did not correspond to the one seen on Booking. Although more comfortable rooms were available, we were assigned a smaller one.
