The reception is only open until the afternoon, we accidentally left the keys in the room and had to walk to another associated hotel to get assistance. The room was very noisy, next to the reception all noises were heard completely lacking soundproofing
The location is good, with restaurants and other establishments nearby. The sheets and towels felt very fresh and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower worked very well.

Personally, I would not consider it a hotel in the traditional sense, it operates more like a guest house with quite limited services. One of the main drawbacks is the extremely limited customer service hours. If you arrive after hours, you must check in on your own. The instructions indicate where to find the keys, but the room keys are not clearly identified. To receive assistance, you must call another associated hotel. However, there is no phone available for guests to make that call. If you are a tourist, you do not have a mobile service, you do not have an available phone, or you simply run out of battery, you may find yourself in a rather complicated situation. There is also a coffee maker in the room, but it is stored in a closet where it cannot be plugged in, and there is no suitable space to place it and use it comfortably. The place has positive aspects, but needs to improve guest assistance.
Very well-located hotel with beautiful facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with many antique details that gave it a special charm and made it very cozy. The bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

As areas for improvement, the shower water had very low pressure and did not get hot. In addition, the room had poor lighting, even with all the lights on.
