1. The swimming pools were great, despite the weather during our stay not being typical Foz de Iguaçu weather. 2. The indoor pool with bar and hydromassages was just chef's kiss; 3. The breakfast and supper buffets were just awesome, with myriad options for all tastes; 4. Didn't end up using, but from what we could see the kids recreation seems awesome with plenty of options for all ages.

1. Sauna facilities not working; 2. the gym is a bit too simple and barebones for a hotel of this caliber; 3. The most egregious, which left us with a bad taste in the mouth after an otherwise great stay... at checkout the hotel tried charging us a 10% "service fee" over the full stay rate, not just the restaurant activities... this is considered an abusive practice by PROCON and we had to actually ask to have it removed... never seen this before in a resort... even in the same city... Other guests we talked to didn't pay attention and had trouble later getting it refunded.
