Rooms were reported as spotless and clean; however, there were mixed reviews on housekeeping efficiency.
Guests noted the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout their stay.
The location was noted as not optimal for those wanting to be in the city center.
Rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay.
Good selection of amenities but noted some extra charges for spa access.
Mixed feelings on breakfast cost versus quality; some felt the extra charges were unreasonable.
Breakfast options were considered basic and didn't meet expectations.
Most guests had a wonderful experience and would readily return.
The staff were extremely professional and very customer-oriented. We absolutely loved the exceptionally large and comfortable bed. The toiletries were excellent as well. The room had a beautiful, minimalist interior, and we really appreciated the secure underground parking. The lobby and reception area were also spacious and beautifully designed.

We stayed on one of the attic floors, and unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor. The shower faucet was broken, and the hairdryer was not working either, although the staff replaced the hairdryer very quickly.
The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in

Very nice structure and in a good location; the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is of an excellent level suitable for the hotel's category; good dishes offered; comfortable rooms; bathroom with large and very beautiful tub and shower; beautiful common terrace on the floor. UPDATE: after publishing the review, I was contacted by email by the Front Office Manager Kristóf Sárközy who was very sorry for the inconvenience (described below) and elegantly provided apologies on his and the hotel's behalf. I really appreciated the care and professionalism shown, absolutely in line with a 5* service.

I found it unpleasant that the rooms were not available upon our arrival (3:30 PM), even though check-in was scheduled from 3:00 PM and we received the message of availability at 5:00 PM. I consider it a lack in a 5* hotel that for the 2-hour delay in the room, they did not provide a gesture of apology (for early check-in they charge €50/room) BRILLIANTLY REMEDIED INCONVENIENCE (see above "what you liked"); the room sizes (bathroom aside) not generous, but considering the overall level and the price requested still adequate; the lack of a bidet (common outside of Italy).
As always, I love the aesthetic of the hotel, and the staff was as kind as usual if not more welcoming this time!

I don’t necessarily like the location because the area around the hotel is not as nice. There are some homeless people that walk around.
I stayed for seven nights, with two guests, so the judgment is thoughtful and based on a complete experience. Breakfast was the most negative aspect: extremely limited choice, suitable only for those who usually consume eggs, cold cuts, and bread. Every morning I had to request a white yogurt or honey, never available spontaneously. The fruit consisted of a single tray and a bowl with small green apples and bananas, not available on Sundays in my case. At first glance, the structure appears impeccable, but unfortunately, the actual quality is not up to the standards of a five-star hotel. Some bowls with dry cereals and mini pain au chocolat, but nothing that reflects the expected variety in a structure of this level. A praise, however, to the dining staff, always attentive and helpful. In the room, we found a lack of attention to the guest: it was necessary to request a better cleaning several times, the removal of dirty dishes left in the room, and essential hygiene products or replacements. Details that should never occur in a hotel that presents itself as a five-star. The location is convenient and well connected both to the metro and to trams, although not particularly central for those who want to move only on foot. The structure certainly has great potential, but it is still far from the standards of a true five-star. To be reviewed.
