I left two belongings forgotten in the closet of the room and I contacted them a few hours later the same day and they denied having found them. The response was negative, rude, and doubting my claim.

The hotel is nice, but the service left much to be desired. My girlfriend forgot some shoes and recovering them was a chaos: they did not take responsibility, sent me to third parties, and no one followed up. For a place that claims to be "boutique", the management was surprisingly poor. I would not return.

Unfortunately, the location is not optimal, as it is on the main street where many buses and motorcycles pass, generating a level of noise that is not pleasant.
