The property is a little bit far from some convenient places to go on foot, but there are public transportation options such as buses to take you there.

Clean room, relatively quiet on the street at night (some noise from people on the street) and comfortable. Friendly staff available to help. They store luggage and offer tea and water while waiting for transportation in the waiting/dining room, which makes everything more comfortable.

The surrounding area seems calm but for that reason, it is not very safe and sudden robberies can occur at the entrance and exit. A couple was robbed right at the exit in broad daylight, early in the morning, so, caution is advised. The hotel door is always closed. Breakfast could have more options: it is basic.
