Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely negative, mainly due to serious hygiene deficiencies. Upon our arrival, we found the room in unacceptable cleaning conditions: the floor was covered in stains and dirt, the shower had obvious residue and encrustations, the surfaces had not been adequately cleaned, and the furniture was covered in a thick layer of dust. The room conditions were far from those shown in the photos published on the website. The situation worsened further when, returning to the hotel in the evening, we found a live cockroach inside the shower. We immediately reported the incident to the reception. A young staff member was very kind and helpful and, at our request, moved us to another room. Unfortunately, once we entered the new room, we found that it also had the same hygiene issues: dirty floors, inadequately cleaned bathroom, dust on surfaces, and a general lack of care. Therefore, changing rooms did not solve the problem. We want to point out that the staff tried to assist us courteously, but the general conditions of the property were not compatible with the minimum hygiene standards expected from an accommodation facility. The photos we attach faithfully document what has been described. For these reasons, we believe that the service received was not in line with what was advertised, and we do not feel comfortable recommending this property.

Upon entering the room, considering the price, we thought it was fine. Once settled, we quickly realized all the cockroaches in the drawers, the dirty state of the sheets, and when I say dirty, I mean stains and hairs. The maintenance of the equipment was all mediocre except for the air conditioning. The shower was dirty and poorly maintained. Out of two nights, I stayed for one night because it was impossible to stay there with children. And if I stayed, it was because it was late.
