The preliminary email notification is not informative enough. I suggest something like this instead: "You can enter the hotel from the street using the following code: *****. Once you have entered the building, a few metres from the entrance, next to the wall, you will find the self-check-in terminal, which is approximately as tall as a person. First, select your language in the top right-hand corner of the terminal screen, then follow the instructions."

Not clear about parking, which is convenient, if it is accessible without a rickshaw or fines as the property is in a very central area.

I only figured out after 2 days that there is a communal kitchen and that we could use a special drawer to put our butter and jam there as a small fridge- which was quite convenient- had there been staff - we would have known about it before

Location was great close to the promenade, Old Town and restaurants. The room was quiet (as requested) and spacious enough. Great having a coffee machine in the lounge and a dining area for us to have our own breakfast.

We found the check-in using the machine a bit complicated even with help by phone to reception. It's mainly because it was hard to scan our identity documents. The rest was easy enough.
