Mixed reports: several guests praised rooms as clean and 'ideal', but others reported 'not very clean', no towel changes for days and no housekeeping unless paid — net slightly negative.

• Service1.0

Consistently noted absence of on-site staff, no personal assistance, digital check-in/code issues and registrations that confused some guests — service sentiment is negative.

• Location1.0

Overwhelmingly positive: many guests highlight an excellent, central location — minutes from the promenade, beach, restaurants and transport.

• Room Quality1.0

Mixed: comfortable beds and large rooms praised, but some rooms described as dated, noisy next door, missing in-room fridge, occasional shower/heat issues.

• Amenities1.0

Generally positive for shared amenities: free coffee/coffee machine in the lobby and kitchen access praised; negatives include missing in-room fridge and kettle.

• Value for Money1.0

Many guests called the stay 'ideal' or recommended the place, indicating perceived good value despite limited services.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Limited offering but positively received: free coffee/tea and a lobby coffee machine available to guests; no full F&B service reported.

• Overall Experience1.0

Generally positive location and convenience with self-service model, but diminished somewhat by lack of staff, occasional cleanliness and facility issues.

We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place as it offered the perfect amenities that we required in order to have proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants and transit. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and a Bathtub big enough to soak in

The only thing I can suggest is the vertical orange signage with “club inn “ logo on it could be lit up( maybe there were lights on it at one time) to make it more visible and easy to find initially as it is a little tucked in behind on rue Messenet

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des vorhandenen Personals trotz weitestgehender Automatisierung, Bestmögliche Lage
