Being close to the city center
When we entered the room, there were people sleeping in the bed. Upon check-out, we were asked for money again due to the wrong room number being entered for the room we had paid for. The reception staff was very unprofessional.

Rooms facing the main road were very noisy. The facilities function well but they are too out of date. For instance, there are no spare sockets for charging devices near the bed area and the toilet ventilation was not great.
