Generally praised in several reviews (clean, stylish space), but some cleanliness issues noted at the pool (dirty glass panels) — minor negative impact.
Strongly positive overall: multiple compliments for helpful staff, outstanding butler service (Sonal), Raveena (early check-in) and good airport transfers; isolated service failures (no action on noise complaint, slow pool food) noted but overall service frequently praised.
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent and very convenient for the airport — many guests cite location as a primary benefit.
Rooms described as comfortable and stylish by many, but issues reported include a lumpy mattress, shower design causing water to flow out, phone placement near toilet and some privacy complaints.
Rooftop pool praised by some guests (large, enjoyable), but main pool appearance/maintenance and partially closed areas, plus slow pool food service, reduced the amenities score.
Several guests felt the hotel (especially food/buffet pricing) was overpriced; convenience and service soften this but value perception is notably weaker.
Mixed: some good experiences, but repeated complaints about high prices, slow service for drinks/food (long waits at pool/restaurant) and inconsistent bar policies.
Overall positive thanks to location and strong staff/service, but intermittent serious issues (loud noise nights, pool maintenance, room design problems) produced mixed experiences for some guests.

Could be a bit more lively
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my overall experience. I booked an upgraded room, but it appeared to be the same as the regular room, and the facilities and service did not meet my expectations. Basic requests, such as an iron and a working hairdryer, were not properly addressed. I also had difficulty getting helpful assistance with late checkout and dinner arrangements. Overall, I did not find anything during my stay that I would consider a positive highlight.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the amount I paid. When I arrived for check-in, I was not properly greeted or offered water. I had to approach the reception desk myself, and the interaction felt unwelcoming rather than attentive. Considering that I paid nearly three times what I would normally pay for a hotel room, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and service. Even before checking in, I experienced a disappointing lack of basic hospitality. I asked if I could get a coffee for my driver, who had already driven a long distance and still had another long drive ahead of him. I was happy to pay for it, but the request took approximately 30 minutes to resolve. Instead of simply adding the coffee to my room bill, I had to wait in the lobby while the payment was being discussed. What made the situation more uncomfortable was hearing the receptionist ask whether I was expecting the coffee to be complimentary and who would pay for it. I explained that I was happy to pay, but I was disappointed that such a simple request became an issue. I was only trying to offer my driver a coffee out of respect and appreciation for his time and effort. I believe a hotel of this standard should be able to handle a small request with courtesy and efficiency. I had also paid extra to upgrade my room, as the regular room appeared very small. However, the upgraded room seemed to be the same as the regular room I could have booked for less. When I raised this with reception, I was told that the hotel was busy and that this was the only room available. I found this disappointing, as I had specifically paid for an upgrade. At check-in, I explained that I needed a late checkout because I had plans the following day. I was told, “Okay, we will do something,” which gave me the impression that my request would be considered.
