The hotel itself was great, beautiful design from the outside and rooms were great. The pools were also wonderful. The staff were exceptional. The location was unreal, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, everything you need is nearby.

The breakfast had a great selection, however, the maintenance of items like sausage and bacon wasn't always the best. Also, the cool drink tower was filled first and iced up after being filled, which meant the drink was hot or warm at the bottom. You should always place ice in the drink tower before filling.
No rooftop bar, it was empty.

We were on the 12th floor and could hear the banh bao guy on the street. But it was alright. It can be a bit noisy on weekends from bars downstairs, but they usually stop at 10 pm/10.30 pm.
