I felt the front desk staff was abrupt and not as helpful as expected. I had to relocate my CPAP as the plug was not working.

O hotel é muito superior às fotos do site. Tudo limpíssimo, novo, super organizado e bem decorado, quarto grande, café da manhã espetacular, água potável no quarto. Ponto de metrô praticamente em frente do hotel; pois em Singapura o metrô é o meio de transporte mais prático para se locomover por causa dos longos engarrafamentos e das grandes distâncias. Shopping Mall excelente há 3 quadras.

Das Frühstück ist phantastisch! Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick ins Grüne und auf den Singapore River, dabei ist die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet reichlich. Es gibt kalte und warme Speisen aus mehreren Ländern, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Die Frühstückszeiten und auch die Abreisezeit ist angenehm. Besondere Wertschätzung sollte das Personal finden, das stets herzlich, entgegenkommend und kompetent war. Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt!
