Bad experience and staff wasn’t helpful at all, toilet was broken in room, alerted front desk and they never got back to me, had to go downstairs to use bathroom in lobby which had roaches in it, very disgusting

Our first night of the stay was horrible. It was 78 in our room and temp stayed around 76 was coolest it would get. We requested someone to look at our air while we went to dinner. We returned late into the evening with no change to the air. Messaged front counter multiple times before someone finally showed up with a small fan and said nobody would be able to look at the air until the following day. He said I’m not even sure why they put someone in this room with the air out. Finally on the second day they switched us rooms. Very disappointed paying almost $300 for a night on vacation and no air. This ruined the first night of our vacation in NOLA. When we checked out I asked would they be able to do anything for us due to no ac the first night, they informed me their policy wouldn’t allow them since I’m we booked it through bookings.com. The staff at check in was amazing. I just wished they would’ve taken any kind of step towards making it up to us. Disappointed.

The older guy was rude and impatient. I tried to ask him some questions but it just ignored me. I was highly disappointed 😞
