Petit déjeuner compris mais en réalité, l’hôtel fournit de quoi faire son petit déjeuner, mais rien n’est préparé par l’hôtel.

The property was very tastefully designed our villa was fabulous and the staff were amazing it was our 39th wedding anniversary and they surprised us with handmade gifts and a special decorated cake. There was a very minor electric problem and the immediately upgraded us to a private pool villa truly amazing experience

Our stay at Heritage Suites Hotel in Siem Reap was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and impeccably maintained, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service from every member of the team. A special thank you to Phyrun, Makara, Sara at reception, who were always warm, friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. They anticipated our needs, provided excellent recommendations, and made every interaction effortless. The Food & Beverage team, Sinat, Narong, Sok, were equally wonderful. Their attentive service, friendliness and genuine hospitality made every breakfast and meal a pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. We would also like to thank our tuk-tuk driver Hak, who was always punctual, courteous and incredibly helpful. His local knowledge and friendly personality made getting around Siem Reap easy and enjoyable. Our suite was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, responding promptly whenever anything was needed and maintaining the room to a high standard. It is rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such outstanding service. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Thank you to the entire Heritage Suites team for creating such wonderful memories. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will happily recommend Heritage Suites Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
