Not enough seating at breakfast! All cutlery, plates, and cups are disposable, so everything goes to waste after a single use... Too bad, but this is a widespread issue in the USA in most motels.
Very convenient location to visit the walk of fame (10 minutes walk). Excellent American breakfast, with a variety of menu options between days (eggs in different ways, bacon or sausage, etc.). Externally well-kept and clean structure, courteous staff. Convenient and free parking but some parking spaces are a bit tight if the parking lot is already full.

Overall we had a good stay but the cleanliness was minimal (clean visible surfaces and linens, but there was dust in the corners or above the lamps... and some insects - microscopic ones - but they were there anyway). Unfortunately, the area is full of homeless people, dirt... and the journey from the hotel to the walk of fame is no exception. Although we did not feel a real danger, having two children for safety, we preferred to return by 20/21 at the latest.
