Nettes , freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich aber gut. Es findet sich aber jeder etwas. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Waren 1 Std 15 min vor Check-in vor Ort. Der "Early-Check-in" hätte Eur 35 gekostet, fanden wir jetzt bei zwei Zimmern und der kurzen Zeit doch übertrieben.

La signora della reception ha dimostrato tutta la sua maleducazione, inospitalità, scortesia, inappropriatezza rispetto al ruolo e assoluta indisponibilità a risolvere un problema che si era presentato all’arrivo presso la struttura. Al contrario, massima disponibilità e cortesia da parte del giovane ragazzo che si è dimostrato aperto all ascolto, alla spiegazione e alla successiva risoluzione della problematica.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. We felt completely cheated by our experience. We specifically booked this hotel because the listing on Booking.com advertised the room as having Air Conditioning. When we arrived in the middle of a hot summer with our kids, we discovered there was absolutely no AC. We immediately notified management that we could not stay in a sweltering room with children. We did not use a single thing in the room—we didn't even use the toilet—and left the keys at the desk. We provided all the screenshots proving the room was advertised with AC. Even the Booking.com phone agents agreed with us multiple times when we called them right during check-in and on subsequent follow-ups. However, the hotel management was dismissive and flat-out refused to refund our two-night booking. Instead of addressing the false advertising on the Booking.com platform where we actually booked, the hotel kept misleading everyone by continuously sending screenshots from their local German website to justify keeping our money. To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service ultimately deferred to the hotel's management, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Instead of enjoying our trip, we wasted hours and the entire second half of our day dealing with this stressful ordeal. We were forced to frantically book another hotel last minute and move our family there in the heat. If you want honest advertising and basic customer service, look elsewhere. Save your money and your vacation.
