Paid for breakfast but was charged by both booking.com and the hotel has charged me extra and can't get anywhere with the hotel or booking.com so very disappointed at paying over the odds for a $25 breakfast. We were told on check in that we were upgraded as our room wasn't available that we booked and one of the rooms was a downgrade which was disappointing. That same room had a issue with damp and kept on getting jammed, very little response on check in. The door needs to be replaced so hopefully they will and to be told on check in nothing to pay to get a charge on my card for nearly $300 the day we left! The hotel also took a $100 per night room charge because we booked through booking.com
