The room fridge was not working.... And they don't sell even a bottle of water at the reception. If you arrive late, you have to leave the hotel to find even a snack, or a soda to drink or eat... since they don't sell anything at the reception... it's unbelievable something like this... they don't even have a vending fridge... I can't imagine if someone gets thirsty or has a pain... the air needs more cooling... Otherwise, it's great... I really liked it and because of its location and price, ufff perfect. I would come back for sure. Hopefully, they improve those little details... Thank you for everything.

It is very well located near Avenida Nader so there is a variety of restaurants, close to the ADO bus terminal and the Palapas, you can move very well because of its location, very good food.

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. It is not at all as advertised. The staff is unfriendly. Mainly the security guard. We felt monitored all the time because no one informed us of the legislation on the smoking ban in Cancun. We had a very pleasant conversation with the manager when we raised what happened.

The bathroom always smelled bad when we arrived after being out all day, after a while it would go away or we would get used to it
