I didn't like that in the common areas there are only fans, and it's very hot there. You can't stay in the common areas with just a fan, even the reception is very, very hot, not even the restaurants have air conditioning, there's not even a wind curtain or anything...
Well, in the photos it looks newer and prettier, really a disappointment. When I arrived at the hotel with my van, they mistook me for a taxi, without asking my name, they assumed I was either picking someone up or dropping someone off. (Bad) With the parking of my van, they told me there was no Valet Parking and then another person at the door said there was, and in the end, I had to go park myself, I have no problem as long as they agree. And the worst part is when I arrived to check-in at the reception, Miss Cristina, a very rude person, besides her lack of friendliness from the beginning, when I asked for an invoice she looked surprised and said, but do you have an RFC, I said yes, but you are Spanish, I said, and what does that have to do with anything, really the arrival was very bad, also she didn't put on the all-inclusive bracelet, it was a mess all around. I asked to check out a little later and she insisted that I couldn't, I asked her to please check and finally I had to pay 1800 pesos to leave 3 hours later. The hotel looks old and is not what it looked like in the photos, I won't return and I don't recommend it, especially because they treat you badly, as if you were just a number. Maybe my mistake was to treat this lady with kindness and there are people who are not used to that. Then I went to eat at the Italian restaurant, and I ordered some macaroni and they brought me some small shells. I asked the waiter if those were the macaroni and he said yes 👍, the truth is that he and the one who carried my suitcases have been the kindest. The food is not tasty
