Unfortunately, our first impression was overshadowed by such an unfriendly employee that we did not really feel comfortable during the entire stay. In the end, we even left the house a day early. We had explicitly booked our stay including breakfast and had accordingly paid for it. On-site, we were only informed that there had been no breakfast available since this year. When I explained that our booking was already made in October and we had demonstrably booked and paid for breakfast, this was not addressed at all. Instead of a solution or at least an understanding reaction, there was only a shrug. However, the tone was particularly unpleasant. The employee reacted increasingly aggressively, condescendingly, and from our point of view completely disrespectful. Especially in an accommodation in this price range, I expect a professional and customer-oriented approach - especially when a service that has already been paid for is suddenly no longer offered. After we finally turned to Booking, the hotel manager was really very eager to make things right. We would like to emphasize this explicitly positively. In the end, we received vouchers for a nearby café, which was really very nice, and the manager visibly tried to find a solution. Nevertheless, the whole situation left a very bitter taste for us. This is simply not how you treat guests. In our view, the behavior of this employee was absolutely unacceptable and not sustainable for an establishment that values hospitality and service. In addition, the apartment was very dirty.
