The room was comfortable, the location was perfect and close to the harbor side and plenty of great restaurants. We loved that bikes were available on the property. It was also really helpful that the ice machine also included a water bottle filler. The staff was very nice and helpful and the morning coffee bar in the office was great!

It would have been nice to have some sort of storage. The bedside tables would be better with drawer storage. The lamps above, while cool are challenging. Having a taller water bottle on the table leads to banging the lamp during the night. A small dresser with storage instead of a bench would be helpful. or a small set of drawers in the bottom of the closet or in the bathroom.

We had just flown in from Milan, Italy and spent 2 days in Miami. We spent a good 3 months being excited about our trip to Key West, and, haven't ever been there, weren't sure if Fitch Lodge was in a good location or a good place compared to other accommodation options. This being said, after a long drive down, we were greeted extremely warmly by Lee, who was extremely sweet and gave us so many recommendations and the ''cool things" to do. She left us her number, and was overly available to help with whatever we might have needed during our stay. She even helped us seamlessly extend our stay by one night when we decided we wanted to stay another day. Overall, Lee was an amazing host and we miss her bubbly energy!
