The beach is a bit far but there is transportation to take you back and forth. The towel staff was not friendly and there was no hot water in the room shower

Air conditioning only in the room. Very old decor. Lack of hygiene, with bugs on the walls. On the other hand, we have had an issue and they have to refund us a significant amount of money, it's been 30 days and we haven't received it
