My experience was unfortunately mixed. I would like to report the behavior of an employee of the establishment so that the management can identify her: she is a tall veiled woman, who is responsible for the dishes and service-related equipment. About 5 minutes after the end of the buffet, I simply wanted to have a coffee from the machine. I asked the server present, who clearly allowed me to serve myself. Another employee then intervened and asked me to go see the person who had given me permission so that she could serve me the coffee herself and she said 'Ta3antazit' or kat9abeh b had le terme. Once again, it was not her request that bothered me, but mainly the way she addressed me: her tone was very impolite, aggressive, and some of her remarks were inappropriate, bordering on insult. As a customer, I found this attitude particularly disrespectful. However, I would like to point out that the rest of the staff was pleasant and professional. I particularly thank Mr. Mustapha, the restaurant manager, who was attentive, caring, and very professional. I also thank Jabor, the pool server, who was energetic, helpful, and professional. These individuals helped make my stay more enjoyable. My comment mainly concerns an individual attitude of the very impolite lady that unfortunately tarnished an experience that could have been very positive. I hope that the management will take this feedback into consideration so that all customers are welcomed with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
