Cleanliness could be better. In a 5* hotel, the carpets were quite dirty and stained. The bathroom fixtures are quite old and not fully functional. After 10 days, I still couldn't figure out which light is controlled by which switch. Lack of a wardrobe for clothes. For a 10-day stay for two people, this is necessary.

Cher(e) gestionnaire de l'hôtel, Je vous écris pour exprimer ma grande déception concernant notre récent séjour de deux nuits dans votre hôtel du 31 août au 2 septembre 2026. Pendant notre séjour, 260 euros en espèces que nous avions soigneusement rangés dans nos bagages à main, directement dans notre chambre d'hôtel, ont été volés. Ce vol s'est produit pendant une période où votre personnel avait accès à notre chambre. Découvrir que notre chambre privée n'était pas sécurisée et que nos effets personnels avaient été volés a complètement gâché notre expérience. Nous attendons une réponse officielle de votre équipe de direction immédiatement concernant la manière dont vous comptez enquêter sur ce vol interne et traiter notre perte financière. Merci!

Absolutely friendly and polite hotel staff addressed all our needs promptly. Buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and the servers could not have been nicer. Shout out to Fabia, our waitress for breakfast, unfortunately we could not say goodbye to her because she was off on our last day. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Turn-down service every night was the cherry on top, making our stay especially pleasant. :) The location is great for walking into town and to access all the restaurants located in the marina area. A truly 5-star hotel.
