They put a coffee maker with some weird capsules that are not sold anywhere and do not provide a cleaning kit to wash a couple of dishes.
What I booked and paid for had nothing to do with what I was given. Neither the spaciousness, nor the bathroom, nor the dining room, etc. They say they are generic photos and then they gave me whatever they wanted. There wasn't even a bathroom trash can. The only thing was the comfortable bed. Be very careful. ⚠️

First: Bathroom with a clogged drain, you have to take a shower in installments. Turn on the shower, fill where you shower, turn it off, wait for the water to go down, then turn it on again, and so on. The luck is that it was warm, because in the cold it's not feasible. Second: The curtain that "separates" the shower from the rest of the bathroom has a very strong smell, it needs to be replaced from time to time, and now it's urgent. Third: There is a lot of noise around the building. Are they to blame? Of course not. But the window doesn't close, it's double-glazed to prevent this, but it doesn't close. And besides, there is "nothing" to prevent the sun from entering during the morning. When I say nothing in quotes because there is a curtain, but it's the same as nothing. 🤷🏻 Ah, I'm talking about room 414, I don't know about the others. It has a fridge, stove, and hairdryer. Oh, it also has 2 glasses and 2 cups, just doesn't have utensils to wash. 😅 There is no sponge, nor dishwashing liquid.

The apartment did not match the photos on booking, it was small, poorly maintained, and the worst part is that privacy was not guaranteed as there were no curtains on windows facing other clients' windows. After requesting a replacement room, at first I was told there were no available rooms but they were available on booking, then they asked for an extra charge of €15 per night for an inconvenience they created. After opening a complaint with booking, they finally put up a curtain.
