Great location for attending conference and my unit was right on the canal so nice outlook. Secure location. Large apartment with private terrace. Staff provided transportation to get luggage from unit to main reception which was a few hundred metres away. If you have a car there is allocated parking. Very close to shopping mall.

Mould in bathroom. Dirty sofa cushions. Otherwise clean. Washing machine malfunctioned and flooded the floor. (Staff did offer to send maintenance the next day) No hairdryer and minimally stocked kitchen and no laundry detergent. Some window latches stuck and could not be opened.

The location of the apartment was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. I loved the interior design of the bathrooms and everything felt spacious.

The stove ran slow and when you switch the isolator on, it felt like all four plates of the stove was heating up. Another thing would be that the stoves knobs weren't labelled so with all four plates heating up at the same time, it was a challenge to find which plate was switched on. Finally, when we got there the floors were a little dusty.

We had to collect the keys off-site, which was fine. but then no one could help us find the correct parking. and we were told to make sure we parked in the correct spot as our car would be clamped. it took us a while to find it. the place was not great at all, it was on the first floor and the main bedroom window was open on arrival and we could not latch it shut. this was the main concern been so close to the ground for safety reasons. someone could have easily got in. the bathrooms were not completely clean and very moldy.

When I checked in, the balcony was dirty and the table on the balcony had cigarette ashes. When I reported it to the housekeeping lady the next morning she just told me that cleaning the balcony was not part of her job. The water in the 'heated pool' was very cold and no one communicated that it was under maintenance until I went to inquire
