Excellent location, very kind and attentive staff, very good breakfast. New and spacious room. They provided a 'to go' breakfast (very simple but ok) for days when you had very early tours. I would say it was a great cost-benefit, positively surprising me. I expected less.

The room I stayed on the ground floor had no window, it was a sliding door that led to a technical area of the hotel (electrical panels, gas, etc). So sometimes employees had to enter the room to check this technical part (they never entered while I was in the room, but I know they entered a few times in my absence).

Excellent location! The rooms were comfortable, nicer than in the booking photos. Very clean. Renovated bathrooms. We were quite satisfied.

Horrible experience at Kokoa hotel in Cusco, I have video reports. They put us in a basement without knowing if we are claustrophobic, as the window is inside the bathroom and has a LED light in the window, also the fan made noise, the floor was not cleaned until I mentioned it, the lunchbox they provide is very basic, I also have photos, the toilet is too high for people 1.90m tall and the man who attends at night has no empathy at all, when I reported that the lunchbox on the first day came with a juice and a water for 2 people, since he said there was an additional snack, he made a face as if I were lying and said 'I made the lunchbox', terrible service. Also, we arrived at 23:30 from a tour due to problems on the train and we stood at the door for about 2 minutes calling for them to open. The room acoustics, or rather the lack of acoustics, is terrible. Also, on the day we left, we had to check out at 4am and they made it clear that we couldn't take a shower, much less informed us if we could have a late check out. We saw a couple checking out late and they took a shower, I noticed they were someone we spoke Spanish to so we thought they didn't do that because we were Brazilians. In conclusion, a horrible experience and I would never return to this hotel and I wouldn't even pay for this terrible service.
