The staff were so friendly. It’s a cute beachside hotel. Lovely restaurant onsite. Pool area is lovely (although across the road). Shops and restaurants really close. 7/11 across the road.

Beautiful beachfront hotel. Very spacious family room in rustic Mexican style with beautiful colors. We really enjoyed the outdoor veranda with sun loungers and hammocks and the view of the palm garden, equipped with additional hammocks: in the afternoon, the breeze from the beach created a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice common areas and small private beach (we could not use it due to the sargassum at this time but in other periods it is definitely a plus of the hotel). Very friendly staff and willing to meet our requests. Great value for money. I would gladly return.

Just small things. I would add more luggage support bases in the rooms and hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.
