Mixed: housekeeping and reception praised, but torn/small bed linen, used slippers in shower and mosquito problems indicate inconsistent cleanliness and maintenance.
Very positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and courteous; reception and individual employees singled out for excellent service.
Strongly positive: many reviews highlight excellent, convenient and safe location as a primary benefit.
Negative: rooms frequently described as small, dark and dated; problems with showers, faulty lighting/electrical shocks, high-mounted TVs, torn sheets and poor room layout.
Below average: lack of air conditioning and lift, poor WiFi, limited bedside power/lighting, spa placement complaints and inconsistent provision of amenities.
Positive: several guests noted good price/quality ratio and cheap rooms, making the stay acceptable for budget-conscious travellers.
Mixed-to-negative: breakfasts described as merely okay with limited choice and inconsistent service; one review reports the restaurant as a 'disaster' due to staff issues.
Generally mixed-positive: strong location and excellent staff boost the experience, but room quality, amenities and some F&B issues dampen overall satisfaction.

The pictures were very deceiving compared to reality. The room was small and dark. The facilities were inadequate, for example, there were no bedside lamps, only a dim lamp on the ceiling. The light flickered when showering and there were small electric shocks from the shower head. The bed sheets were too small for the bed and partly torn. From early at 5:45 am, repetitive piano music boomed from the restaurant below. The breakfast was okay, but there was no selection.

The room was really small, and the charging port and the room telephone were not bedside. I had to get off the bed to walk to the far wall to charge my phone and answer a call from the reception. The TV was also weirdly mounted high on the ceiling, and the lamp switch was at the bottom end of the table

The accommodation itself and the reception are very okay, calm nights, no noise.

The restaurant was a disaster. I was there for two nights, meaning 2 breakfasts, and every day there was another problem caused by the staff of that restaurant. The most unfriendly person was the guy who is the watchman (?), but again and again, he had to do kitchen work, and the results were horrible. The hotel is okay, but the restaurant is not. In the future, I will choose another place for my stay in Nairobi.
The area was great. And the rooms were cheap

Not much. Just the fact that they said breakfast is served at 7 am, and when we got down at 7:15, the restaurant was still closed
