We were upgraded to a better accommodation (in Distrito Panamera Tulum) as maintenance tasks were being carried out at Aluna and we were very comfortable, we loved it. Very good attention from the staff, especially from Angeles at reception.

We were moved to their sister hotel the week prior to our arrival. Not our choice. We stayed at the Distrito Panamera. The property is beautiful and staff helpful.

The rooms are clean but lack TV, fridge, wardrobe, or hairdryer. The food and beverages were expensive, and the breakfast very limited.

Rooftop bar and restaurant were never open and looked like they hadn't been for a while, so the photos advertising the property are not accurate. Breakfast says it starts at 7; however, it's more like 7:20, which is not ideal when we have a transfer booked.
