No holder for the shower head, room and hotel looks very tired. Uncomfortable bed and could not get much sleep. Staff clearing tables before breakfast/dinner service has finished. WiFi was extremely poor in the room, kept cutting out.

This time a twin room, which we only took at the Chems Hotel to avoid cancellation fees. No canal smell in the bathroom. ....

Breakfast staff. It stands around and sees nothing, no missing forks or coffee spoons and nothing else. A 'good morning' only happens if the customers greet first.

We chose this hotel on the recommendation of an acquaintance. At the reception, the staff was not unfriendly, but simply indifferent. There was no toilet paper or soap in the room. The shampoo was probably from our predecessors, from whenever. These complaints were dealt with after complaints. Also, the bathroom smelled as if there was an open sewer. However it was set, clean is different. We found hair from previous tenants both in the bed and at the bidet foot.
