- Service8.6
Generally friendly and attentive staff and excellent concierge mentioned, but at least one review reports poor front-desk customer service and missed customer-first decisions.
- Location9.2
Beachfront location and sea views are highlighted as excellent; however beach quality was affected by sargassum season for some guests.

Rooms described as comfortable and well-equipped (studios, villas, new furniture) but issues noted with thin sofa-bed mattress and AC condensation.
- Amenities9.3
Exceptional pools, tennis courts, gyms and well-equipped villas are repeatedly praised; ample on-site facilities and restaurants reported.
- Value for Money9.0
Several guests state the hotel is very good for the price and suitable for family stays; overall value aligns with the hotel's offering.
- Food and Beverage8.5
Breakfast buffet and a la carte options are praised as complete, but at least one guest found food overpriced and quality below expectation.
- Overall Experience9.5
