Very big disappointment for a hotel advertised as a 5-star. For us, the level of service and amenities clearly do not match this standard. For smokers, this hotel is particularly not recommended. You must smoke in a small designated area, which can be understood, but this place is far from comfortable. With the high temperatures, there is not even a parasol or sufficient protection against the sun. For a 5-star hotel, we find this really disappointing. Another very negative point: the hotel does not accept cash payments. This is a significant constraint and, in our opinion, a real flaw for an establishment of this level. This information should be clearly announced before the arrival of guests. The $200 per day deposit is also completely disproportionate. For a stay of several days, this represents a considerable amount immobilized. We find this requirement particularly excessive for a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star. In the end, we mainly had the feeling that the advertised standard does not correspond to the actual experience. In our opinion, this hotel is far from the level one can expect from a 5-star. We do not recommend it, especially for smokers and people who wish to have the option to pay in cash.
