There was no hot water for 2 whole days, the water was icy. The noise from the ventilation prevented me from sleeping and woke me up in the middle of the night. There are two women at the reception, one is lovely and the other is detestable. She is really unpleasant, she talks to you without even looking up from her phone, haughty, and pretends not to understand English when she feels like it. Even when you give her the translation in her own language, she pretends not to understand.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We booked two nights and even agreed to change our original room to help the hotel accommodate other guests. However, while we were out the next day, the staff entered our room, packed all our personal belongings and moved them to another room without our permission or even contacting us. We were reachable all day and would have happily agreed to the change if asked. Some very personal items were handled and a phone charger went missing after the move. The staff apologized and acknowledged the mistake, but despite several discussions, no meaningful compensation was offered. We travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this. A serious breach of trust that could have been avoided with a simple phone call.

The staff didn't speak English and it wasn't easy to communicate, there was no hot water, the air conditioning in the room was sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot, a bit crazy, before leaving they charged us about 6 euros for a towel that was dirty

Attic level without windows.. Even though it's above ground, the building structure looks like it's underground. The bed is in a humid state, making it impossible to sleep soundly. The Wi-Fi sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work in the room. It's at an attic level.. Strongly not recommended

The bedclothes were so damp that they needed to be dried in the sun.. The Wi-Fi was also bad.. The staff's service level is only capable of conversing in Russian.. After checking out, we stored our backpack for a while and were charged for storage
