No se queden en la Torre Sunshine junto a la playa. Los colocarán allí para ganar dinero con esa torre porque nadie quiere quedarse allí debido a que está tan cerca del olor a algas marinas en la playa. Un olor horrible, ni siquiera puedes sentarte afuera.

Les escribo para expresar mi decepción con nuestra experiencia en el Moon Palace en la Torre Sunshine. Solicité específicamente una buena vista y una ubicación conveniente para ambas habitaciones que habíamos reservado. Desafortunadamente, nos ubicaron en el peor lugar posible en el resort. Mientras nos llevaban a nuestra habitación, notamos un olor horrible causado por las algas marinas en el océano. Luego nos dimos cuenta de que nos habían ubicado en una de las torres más antiguas, ubicada junto a la jungla, cerca de una playa sucia llena de algas marinas con un olor desagradable. Ni siquiera teníamos vista al jardín; en su lugar, estábamos rodeados por la jungla y el horrible olor a algas marinas. El lado opuesto de la torre tenía vista al jardín, pero toda la torre estaba muy cerca del horrible olor. Ni siquiera podíamos salir al balcón o usar la hamaca debido al fuerte olor. Los camiones de basura recogían todas las algas marinas del océano y las llevaban cerca de mi habitación, por eso olía tan mal en nuestra ubicación. Los ascensores también eran inaccesibles porque no funcionaban. El interior de ambas habitaciones estaba muy sucio. Tuve que limpiarlas yo mismo porque el personal se había olvidado de mantenerlas. Había basura debajo de cosas que nunca movían ni limpiaban, como la nevera y la cafetera, y las decoraciones en el mostrador del baño. También había suciedad en las esquinas y debajo de la cama. Los lavabos de ambas habitaciones no funcionaban correctamente. No drenaban como deberían y la perilla de un grifo estaba suelta. Incluso pusieron un edredón con agujeros en la cama después de que me quejara en la recepción sobre el olor exterior y la limpieza de la habitación. La botella de acondicionador en una habitación no funcionaba. Las cortinas de la ventana del balcón no se habían cambiado ya que estaban muy sucias. El camarero en el vestíbulo Sunshine llamado Omar fue irrespetuoso. Me levantó la voz y gesticuló con las manos, me dijo que me calmara y que no lo apurara.

THE POOL IS DETERIORATING, THE VENETIAN COATING IS PEELING OFF. MY CAR WAS DAMAGED WHERE THEY PARKED IT, BECAUSE THEY WERE PRUNING AND FILLED MY CAR WITH CUT GRASS AND INSECTS AND THE HOTEL DID NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT. I HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITH THE CAR IN THAT STATE AFTER 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE HOTEL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

The staff, manager, and receptionist at Sunrise, and all the attendants at the stores both Nezuc and The Grand acted as if it was a burden to attend the customers making faces and rolling their eyes not professional and spa at The Grand they all acted as if they had no experience with customers living everyone figuring out what to do next bad experience with them.
The service and staff are excellent, the food is good, the location is nice, it is a very good hotel to go with children.

The pool is old, the Venetian is peeling off, I even cut my foot. The sea and the beach, although it is not the hotel's fault and acknowledging the strenuous cleaning work of its staff, is ugly and brownish and smells a bit.
