I was with my family in August 2026. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, as it should be, considering that it is a very expensive 5-star hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Complete breakfast though.

We had an excellent stay at Conrad Tulum and were particularly impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. The staff is extremely professional, available, and warm, with a genuine concern to satisfy the clients. The facilities are magnificent: the hotel is very well designed, perfectly maintained, and offers many spaces to relax. The pools are superb, and the whole place exudes a true sense of calm and refinement. The room was exceptional, spacious, elegant, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The bedding is excellent, and the quality of services is clearly there. We also appreciated the atmosphere of the hotel, both luxurious and very relaxing, as well as the overall quality of the experience. However, there are two small drawbacks: the location is quite isolated, which can be a disadvantage if you want to regularly leave the hotel and explore the surroundings. Furthermore, the dining is quite expensive considering the quality offered. The restaurants are nice, but we found that the cuisine was not always up to the standard and prices practiced. Despite these two points, we highly recommend Conrad Tulum. A very nice address to enjoy a high-end stay in an exceptional setting.

We just finished our stay at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, and we are honestly speechless. This was one of the most incredible travel experiences we have ever had. The property is absolutely stunning, but what truly made it unforgettable was the hospitality. Every single person we encountered was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. The level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything we have experienced before. The food was impeccable — from the bar, to room service, to every restaurant we tried. Every meal felt special, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. We knew going in that the beach likely wouldn’t be swimmable because of the sargassum, but it was still beautiful, and the property more than made up for it. We kept finding new hidden gems, peaceful corners, gorgeous views, and little details that made the resort feel magical. The spa is an absolute must. It was breathtaking, and we had the best massages we have ever had. I genuinely haven’t felt this relaxed in years. Even if you are not staying at the resort, it would be worth coming for a spa day pass alone. We met so many other couples during our stay who felt the exact same way — completely blown away by the resort, the food, the spa, and especially the people. We have no complaints other than being bummed we couldn’t stay longer. Conrad Tulum is truly a special place, and we cannot wait to come back.
