The elevator was out of order and the temperature and the shower stream changed regularly.
Great place. Peaceful and modern. Really great swimming pool, slightly away from the main roads. Highly recommend. Place is family friendly.

Lifts not working in areas
The rooms are nice and clean. The pool areas, gym, and paddle courts are great.

No wifi during our stay. Cold water and low pressure. The rooms with 2 double beds have 120 cm beds, small for a couple, but the hotel upgraded us to have a real double bed and a 120 cm sofa bed.
The hotel setting and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Balcony. Breakfast quite varied. Well located for activities (Tulum site and nearby restaurants) but off the beaten path (a choice for us).

The hallways to the rooms are not closed, they open to the outside so when people walk by, it's noisy and the noise is amplified. View of the parking lot. Restaurant quite expensive. Complicated access road, only one lane for two-way traffic and not lit at night.
The experience was very bad. There were no umbrellas at the family pool, we had to change rooms due to water problems, and to make matters worse, we were without internet for the last two days. There was also no shuttle service, even though the road to the hotel was dark and unsafe. The most disappointing thing was the total lack of support from some receptionists, who showed no willingness to help or solve problems. The only positive aspect was the attention of the restaurant staff and other employees, who were cordial and attentive. Certainly, I would not return or recommend this place.
