住客評價分析

• Cleanliness1.0

Generally reported as clean and rooms described as pleasant; some reports of cement dust in unfinished plunge pool and construction areas causing minor cleanliness concerns.

• Service1.0

Staff and restaurant team frequently praised as friendly and helpful, though some receptionists were unhelpful in resolving issues (water, internet) which lowered consistency.

• Location1.0

Location requires a car or Uber, approach road is unfinished/dark and access can be awkward; somewhat removed from main roads despite being convenient for certain sites.

• Room Quality1.0

Rooms described as spacious and comfortable, but multiple issues reported: water pressure/temperature fluctuations, lack of mini-fridge and luggage racks, noise between rooms and some unfinished elements.

• Amenities1.0

Strong pool areas, good gym and padel court frequently praised; however some amenities unfinished (plunge pool), few pool umbrellas, elevators out of service and limited parking.

• Value for Money1.0

Mixed signals: some guests felt the room value was good, while extra costs (expensive on-site restaurant) and incomplete facilities lowered perceived value for others.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Breakfast described as good and restaurant staff attentive; restaurant pricing noted as relatively expensive by some guests.

• Overall Experience1.0

Overall mixed experience: many guests enjoyed pools, rooms and friendly staff, but unresolved maintenance, wifi/elevator issues and access problems left others disappointed.
