住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.2

Generally praised: several guests mention cleanliness, daily room cleaning and a clean/tempered pool. A few reports of strong bleach smell on arrival and one toilet issue slightly lower this score.

• Service9.0

Staff consistently highlighted as friendly and helpful (reception assistance, early check-in, free coffee/tea and attentive service), supporting a high score.

• Location9.5

Repeatedly praised for being extremely close to the ADO bus terminal and centrally located; many guests cite proximity to transport and restaurants as a major positive.

• Room Quality7.3

Mixed room experience: some rooms described as spacious with comfortable mattresses, good air-conditioning and natural light; however recurring negatives include saggy/uncomfortable beds, lack of bedside lamps/outlets, no fridge and stairs to rooms with luggage.

• Amenities8.0

Decent basic amenities: small pool, bike/scooter rental, complimentary water/tea/coffee and functional air conditioning. Deducted for missing in-room fridges, limited wardrobe/storage and occasional weak Wi‑Fi on upper floors.

• Value for Money8.6

Multiple guests note very good value for location and price; one comment flags Tulum pricing in general but overall perceived as good value for what is offered.

• Food and Beverage7.8

Only basic F&B available (complimentary coffee/tea/water at reception); nearby restaurants available. No on-site restaurant service mentioned and some noise from adjacent bar/restaurant affects evening experience.

• Overall Experience8.8

Overall positive stay driven by excellent location and helpful staff, clean premises and useful amenities (pool, bikes). Noise at night, occasional room comfort issues and limited in-room storage temper the experience but do not overshadow the core positives.
