Bathroom had no hand soap and no one bothered to fill it, tiny bathroom with tub. Corridors, doors not clean enough for a resort.

Bit of a hike to the centre of Queenstown but if you have a car no problem at all. We drove to the end of the hill and walked into Queenstown.
Wonderful location. Fantastic staff and so easy to park. Hands down the best views from any where I have ever stayed.
