1. The cleaning staff was unhelpful and inefficient, upon arrival the room was dirty, the towels had not been properly washed. We had to call them to come back and clean again, and they did so very grudgingly. 2. At the buffet breakfast, we were stopped from re-entering to ask for something to drink again, as due to my health condition I need to take pills early in the morning. We were treated like criminals and had to pay for another breakfast. The assistant in charge of the buffet was extremely rude and ignored our situation. They almost didn't let us have breakfast that day. It's a shame they hire unprofessional people in such a prestigious place. 3. The rooms leave much to be desired, nothing like the photographs. The bathroom didn't work, the coffee maker was broken, and the shower needed siphon maintenance. The overall experience was terrible, I will never stay at this place again or any other in this hotel chain, and I do not recommend it at all.

I like everything, we always stay there, just as a recommendation the elevators need maintenance, as it seems they will stop at any moment and provide a TV channel guide

Location was great, close to supermarkets, Coco Bongo, and other activities. The beach was beautiful, nice pools, and good security. The lady who organizes entertainment and activities was super friendly and very nice. She brought games, aerobics, and activities for everyone.

The facility is not very clean, we found two cockroaches during our stay. The pool area is very slippery, I saw about 3 people fall, and I almost fell about 5 times personally. If you choose the non-inclusive option, the treatment is very different. Lastly, they try to sell you a timeshare for a 'free breakfast'.

The furniture, e.g. the mirrors in the room had stains, the windows of the balcony doors were heavily fogged, the water supply in the shower was not ideal due to an old shower head.

They do not explain well about the Mediterranean restaurant, since most of what was served had an additional cost, there should be a menu for all-inclusive, also the bars close very early, at 11 pm they send you to sleep, there should be a bit more fun in the place because I saw a lot of young people.
