1. El staff de limpieza fue poco servicial e ineficiente, al llegar la habitación estaba sucia, las toallas no habían sido lavadas apropiadamente. Tuvimos que llamarlos a que vuelvan a limpiar y lo hicieron de muy mala gana. 2. En el desayuno bufet nos detuvieron por entrar nuevamente a pedir algo de tomar, dado que por.mi condición de salud necesito tomar pastillas temprano en la mañana. Nos trataron como delincuentes y tuvimos que pagar otro desayuno. La asistente encargada del buffet extremadamente grosera e hizo caso omiso a nuestra situación. El día casi no nos dejan entrar a desayunar. Una pena que contraten gente poco profesional en un lugar tan prestigioso. 3. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, nada que ver con las fotografías. El baño no funcionaba, la cafetera estaba averiada y la ducha necesitaba mantenimiento del sifón. La experiencia en general fue pésima, no me vuelvo a hospedar nunca más en este lugar ni en ninguno de esta cadena hotelera y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Todo me gusta, siempre llegamos ahí, solo como recomendación falta mantenimiento de los elevadores, ya que parece que en cualquier momento se van a quedar parados y poner una guía de canales de la televisión

Location was great close to super markets, coco bongo & other activities. The beach was beautiful and nice pools and good security. The lady who does the entertainment & activities was super friendly and very nice. She brought games, aerobics, and activities to everyone.

The facility is not very clean we found two cockroaches during our stay. The pool area is very slippery I saw about 3 people fall and I personally almost fell about 5 times. If you choose the non inclusive option the treatment is very different. Lastly they try to sell you a timeshare for a “free breakfast”.

Die Möbel, z. B. die Spiegel im Zimmer hatten Flecken, Die Fenster der Balkontüren ware stark beschlagen, die Wasserversorgung in der Dusche ware wegen eines alten Duschkopfes nicht ideal.

La camera non era super super pulita e la struttura non è mantenuta benissimo in alcuni punti

que no explican bien lo del restaurante mediterraneo, ya que la mayoria de lo que se servía tenia costo adicional, deberia existir un menú para el all incluse, tambien que cierran muy temprano los bares, a las 11 pm te mandan a dormir, debería existir un poco mas de diversión en el lugar porque vi mucha gente joven.
