住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.2
Generally acceptable — several guests reported clean, well-kept rooms, but others noted humidity and signs of neglect; sargassum on the beach also affected perceived cleanliness for some.
- Service8.0
Staff repeatedly praised as helpful and friendly; a few guests mentioned slow service or lack of empathy during busy periods.
- Location9.2
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central, beach access, near restaurants/bars and convenient for Isla Mujeres; a major strength in reviews.
- Room Quality6.0
Rooms described as dated with maintenance issues, humidity and street noise; several guests used terms like 'old' or 'quite worn'.
- Amenities6.5
Pools, bars and beach access are praised, but elevators are old/slow, jacuzzi issues (not hot) and some transition areas lack AC, lowering the score.
- Value for Money8.5
Multiple guests explicitly call out good value / relación calidad-precio; some note prices feel aligned with the US but overall perceived as good value.
- Food and Beverage7.0
Breakfast buffet receives positive mention for variety; however, on-site restaurant quality and coordination are inconsistent (bad sushi, ramen, service coordination issues).
- Overall Experience8.4
Majority of reviewers enjoyed their stay thanks to location, facilities and staff; notable negative experiences (room condition, service hiccups, sargassum) reduce but do not dominate overall sentiment.
