Employees are thieves. Still no resolution after security had to come go through items to verify items were not 'misplaced' in our room.

Beach Club, unfortunately, the beach is very dirty or has a lot of blue algae that are not removed.

I loved the choice of pools to relax at, we were always taken care of poolside, room service was great with our little tweaks, the room was beautiful and always clean, the whole resort was always clean actually! We also loved Arturo! He took great care of us and made the trip so special!! I highly recommend him!

The food quality was lower than expected, sometimes it sat out for a long time, it was very much feeling like cafeteria food sometimes, it was hard to choose an actually good restaurant
